Each design is crafted with exceptional ingredients, refined technique and an artist’s eye for detail. In addition to bespoke cakes, I offer a small collection of signature designs—thoughtfully composed creations clients return to by name. Every cake begins with your vision and is brought to life with intention and care.

A Valentine’s Day reimagining of our beloved 1949 Original Cake, finished with a luscious strawberry reduction frosting and adorned with hand-piped buttercream florals.
Soft blush, ivory, and deep berry blooms are delicately dusted with edible gold, creating a timeless, romantic finish.
This 6” cake balances old-world charm with seasonal indulgence: tender layers, natural strawberry flavor reduced for depth (not sweetness overload), and a silky, lightly whipped buttercream. Elegant, nostalgic, and absolutely irresistible — a love letter in cake form.

Each cake in this signature line is carefully developed, refined and perfected using premium ingredients, timeless techniques and heirloom recipes. From flavor to finish, every detail is intentional, resulting in cakes that feel both nostalgic and refined.

Each custom cake is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted from scratch, blending artistry, flavor and intentional detail to create a showstopping focal point for your event.
Pricing is based on size, complexity, design detail and production time. To ensure the highest level of quality and artistry, availability is limited and advance notice is required.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due three days prior to pickup or delivery.
